Terms of Use

Important: By downloading or using NailTurn Manager (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the App.
1. Definitions
- "App" refers to NailTurn Manager, including the iOS application, backend services, and online booking website
- "Salon Owner" / "you" means the individual or business using the App to manage their salon
- "Customer" means an end-user who books an appointment through a salon's booking page
- "We" / "us" refers to the developers and operators of NailTurn Manager
2. Account & Authentication
- You must create an account to access the App's features
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must provide accurate information when setting up your salon profile
- You may not share your account with others or transfer it to another party
3. Online Booking Feature
If you enable online booking for your salon:
- You are responsible for keeping your availability, business hours, and services up to date
- You must inform your customers that their name and phone number are collected when they book
- You are responsible for honoring booked appointments or notifying customers of changes
- We are not responsible for disputes between you and your customers regarding appointments
4. Premium Subscription
Online booking, calendar management, full reports, and other advanced features require an active Premium subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and governed by Apple's terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings
- We do not offer refunds beyond what Apple's refund policy provides
- If your subscription lapses, premium features (including online booking) will be disabled
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to hack the App or its backend
- Introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service
- Use the booking system to submit false or spam appointments
- Collect or harvest data from the App beyond your own salon's records
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, and all associated content are owned by the developers of NailTurn Manager and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your data and your customers' data.
8. Service Modifications & Availability
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to premium features and stored data will cease.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF SECURITY VULNERABILITIES. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF BUSINESS, REVENUE, OR DATA.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
