Salon Owner Account Data — When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address (used for login)
• Salon name, address, and phone number
• Business hours and service information
• Technician names
• Salon logo (if uploaded)
• Device push notification token (to send you booking alerts)

Customer Booking Data — When a customer books an appointment through your salon's booking page, we collect:

• Customer name
• Customer phone number
• Appointment details (service, date, time, technician)

Subscription Data — Premium subscription status is managed by Apple's App Store. We do not store your payment information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the salon management and online booking features
• To send push notifications to salon owners when a new booking is made
• To display appointment and technician information within the app
• To generate reports for salon owners

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our backend servers hosted on Railway. We use industry-standard security practices including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• JWT-based authentication for all account access
• No storage of passwords in plain text

4. Customer Data — Salon Owner Responsibility

If you use the online booking feature, you are responsible for informing your customers that their name and phone number are collected when they book an appointment. This data is stored and accessible only to you (the salon owner) through the app.

5. No Third-Party Advertising

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party advertisers. We do not use your data for targeted advertising of any kind.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — to deliver booking notifications to your device
• Apple App Store / StoreKit — to manage premium subscriptions
• Railway — cloud hosting for our backend servers

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for them to function.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

• Your account data is retained as long as your account is active
• To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at nailturnmanager@gmail.com
• Appointment records may be retained for a reasonable period to support report history before deletion

8. Children's Privacy

NailTurn Manager is intended for use by salon business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes to how we handle your data, we will update this policy with a new "Last Updated" date and notify users through the app where appropriate.
