These terms govern your use of BiasHairStyle ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to them.

The Service

BiasHairStyle lets you upload or take a photo, choose a hairstyle, and generate an AI-created image of you wearing that hairstyle. Results are AI-generated and may not perfectly or accurately represent how a hairstyle would actually look on you.

Your Content

• You must own the rights to, or have the consent of the person in, any photo you upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or depicts anyone (including yourself) in a way you wouldn't want processed by a third-party AI service.
• You're responsible for what you upload. We reserve the right to remove access to the service for users who misuse it.

Diamonds (In-App Currency)

• Diamonds are a virtual currency used within the app to unlock actions (such as uploading a custom hairstyle or generating a swap). They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are not transferable between accounts.
• Diamond costs and the amount granted by any bonus or subscription may change over time as we tune the app's economics.
• Diamonds are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Subscriptions

BiasHairStyle offers an auto-renewing subscription ("Weekly Diamonds"):

• Length: 1 week, automatically renewing.
• Price: as shown in the app at the time of purchase, charged to your Apple ID account.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions, after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial or introductory offer, if applicable, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is." AI-generated results may occasionally fail, be refused by the underlying model's safety filters, or not match what you expected. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app for violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
